All products are authentic and sourced from reputable suppliers.

All images of single cards, graded cards, and merchandise on our website are of the actual items for sale and are provided to ensure complete transparency regarding their condition.
Please note: Images of booster boxes and booster packs are for reference only. All sealed products are guaranteed to be authentic and factory sealed unless otherwise stated.
3. Pricing & Availability
Prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability.
If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at that price, even if payment has been processed.
4. Orders & Payments
Orders are not confirmed until full payment has been received. We accept payment through secure third-party gateways. All transactions must be authorised.
Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes will be investigated and may be subject to legal action.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information. We are not liable for delays or loss caused by postal services or incorrect address input by the customer.
6. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. We do not accept returns on opened, damaged, or tampered products. Evidence is required for all refund or return requests.

Once your order is handed over to the shipping provider, risk transfers to the customer. You are responsible for choosing the appropriate shipping and insurance options at checkout.
Pika Collectibles is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage during transit if insurance was not selected.
